Restless legs can keep you up half the night, try patting your lower legs with a bit of Watkins red liniment for relief and a good night's sleep.

You've got a nasty sliver, splinter or other small foreign object embedded into you skin and it hurts. If you don't remove the offending object it may fester or become infected. Wash the effected area with soap and water and pat dry with a clean cloth. Then apply a generous dab of Watkins Petro Carbo Salve and cover loosely with a bandage. Reapply twice a day or as required for several days. The salve will soothe the pain, draw out the sliver or other foriegn object and prevent infection.
